Filipino Global Supermarket

Note I'm not Filipino but brought my friend along who is. Definitely a large selection of meat, veggies, seafood, spices, and a range of snacks and dried foods. My friend was impressed and said the prices seem fair for the US. Also has a small eatery in the back that looks good with a range of warm dishes and desserts.

I only get the sweets. I'm Filipino, but I do not like my people's food because it's greasy so I did not eat from the cafe. I would return here to eat the halo halo though. You can't mess up halo halo. My mom took home entrees from the cafe though. This place is chock full of yummy fresh desserts. I ate the Maja Blanca dessert in one sitting that night.

Cute grocery with Filipino essentials. Many of the international markets in the area focus on larger populations (Chinese, Korean, Indian, etc.), This is one of the few places I can get true Filipino ingredients so I can cook like my mom taught me :)

Tired and hungry from our Laboy sa Washington I’m craving for these food and my Hubby was sooo Happy to eat also His favorite Homecooked Pinoy dishes like Kare-Kare. WE ordered diffren’t food from the DC Area but Pinoy food is still makes him happy and because He is craving for Kare - Kare and enjoying the food he said “ Masarap “ and satisfied for the trip we have coming from Lincoln Memorial . They have good food and lots of choices if I’m close to this place I will not cook!! If you guys are Visiting DC put this place on your list!! you guys will love and enjoyed food though it’s a small dining are!! Try it and you will be excited like me!!!😉

I love this place! The owner and employees are all super friendly. They carry one of my favorite canned Iced Vietnamese Coffees, lots of authentic snacks and grocery items, and the best part, the kitchen in the back! I ordered the beef mami soup with the bun to go, it was ready in less than 10 minutes and stayed piping hot until I had time to eat it. The bun was sweet and savory, the soup was flavorful and very comforting after a long day at work. The ladies in the kitchen were super accommodating and kind. The woman who I believe is the owner ( I apologize, I haven’t gotten her name yet, will edit review with her name. ) is equally welcoming and intuitive, definitely a blessing every time I visit the store.

Love this store , from front end to the back of the store ; where you can order foods or sit down meals , feels like back home .. Everyone makes you felt welcome , super friendly ! Love it , when we are in the area , I made sure to stop by ! Thank you 😊😊❤️ …
